PreConvention Class - Landscape Photography
Laura and I will first share elements of photographic craft and technique essential to landscape photography and to making high quality large landscape prints for high-end sales and for PPA Competition entries. In sharing these techniques, you will learn the underlying “whys”. You will get practice with our assistance to develop the mental and muscle memory in applying these techniques in an outdoor shooting exercise.

Architectural Photography: From Seeing to Shooting—A Practical Workflow
We’ll be focusing on architectural photography as a practical, working process — from pre-planning and client communication through on-location capture, technical execution, and post-production workflow. We’ll look at how to evaluate space and light, make confident camera decisions, manage timing and logistics, and build efficient, repeatable systems. The emphasis is on producing consistent, reliable results in real-world production conditions.
